UPDATE, 16 APRIL 2010:

Based on CELC comments received at the April 2nd CELC meeting, Navigant has updated its Phase 1 report.  The most recent version can be viewed here.

The most recent CELC meeting was held at PNNL's campus in the Tri-Cities on April 2nd, 2010.  The successful meeting was highlighted by Navigant Consulting's presentation of the Phase 1 report to the CELC as well as an introduction to Tri-City Development Council's (TRIDEC) DOE Energy Park opportunity and a tour of PNNL's Energy Infrastructure Operations Center (EIOC).
