On January 8, 2010, the CELC held its regular meeting. One of the goals of the meeting was to better understand how the state can build or attract large, transformative projects or "hubs." The Council heard presentations from a variety of speakers whose presentations are available below.
- Marc Cummings, CELC Co-chair and Director of Policy & External Relations at Battelle & PNNL, presentation on how PNNL has pursued game changing energy initiatives can be downloaded here.
- Department of Commerce's Tony Usibelli gave the Council an overview of the changes made to the RFP for the second round of State Energy Program funds. Tony's presentations can be found here.
- Dick Sheehy of CH2M Hill provided the Council a detailed look at the thought processes of companies and developers looking to site major projects in a state. His presentation can be found here.
